What does this service include?
- This program offers you 6 weeks of one on one nutrition guidance and coaching from me, along with daily support, weekly check-ins, and 3 zoom meetings.
- After you fill out an online questionnaire, I will take a deep dive into your eating habits and see where there's room for improvement.
- I do ask that you track your food for at least three days, so I can get a good grasp of what you're eating.
- I will analyze your current diet and together we'll decide what you want to work on.
- If you're interested in exploring Macros, we can certainly go that route.
- This is not going to be a DIET! I will not ask you to restrict yourself from eating certain foods.
- My nutrition advice and strategies will help you achieve your goals.
- If you struggle with finding balanced meals to feed yourself or your family, I can provide resources for recipes.
- If meal prepping is something you'd like to start doing, I can provide tips and suggestions on how to get started.

- Do I have to follow a specific diet? NO. We will work together to find foods that you enjoy eating, and possibly swap out a few for healthier options.
- How long do people typically stay in this program? 6-10 weeks is generally enough time to establish healthy eating habits that you can carry with you forever.
- Do I have to restrict any foods? NO. I do not believe in restriction, I prefer eating things in moderation.
- What if 6 weeks isn't enough time for me? We can explore a week to week program if you would like.
