About Me

Hi!  I'm Emily Nguyen also known as @not_another_fitmom.  I'm a 41 year old mom of three boys, and I am married to my high school sweet heart.  We live in St. Louis Missouri, close to Webster Groves, where my husband and I both grew up.  I work full time outside of the home for a wholesale book retailer.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Women's Fitness Specialist, and Group Personal Trainer all through the National Association of Sports Medicine.  I'm so excited to offer my programs and experience to other women out there.  My mission is to inspire, encourage and motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle.  I want other women to feel strong and confident.
