Get strong in 2024 with my 12 week program: Find Your Fit


I get so many questions about food and what I eat.  If you follow me on Instagram (@not_another_fitmom) then you know that I post almost everything I eat in my Instagram stories.  I have never really counted or tracked anything, and I haven't got a clue on how to count macros.  I eat a pretty "healthy" diet, consisting of lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and lean proteins.  I guess you could say that I eat intuitively.  That term is so funny to me, because that's just how I have eaten for years, and now its an actual fad.
